What changes in a co-branded campaign?

A co-branded campaign brings the vendor’s service and the reseller’s identity together. Decide what stays shared and what each organisation adapts before making the local versions.

Start with the vendor’s offer

The customer should recognise the service being offered and the organisation they can speak to. Keep the service name, core message and approved claims consistent. Use the organisation’s branding and contacts to make that offer local.

One email, two identities

For an invitation to review a security service, the vendor supplies the offer. The organisation sending it provides the local identity and the person who will answer.

Vendor content

Service name, review offer, approved product message and service image.

Organisation details

Reseller logo, sender, local introduction, reply contact and campaign page link.

Agree the changes before sending

Keep a short list of shared and locally editable content with the campaign. Give each organisation one current version to review.

  • Check both identities

Use the right logos and agreed branding. Check the email and its destination page together.

  • Review changes to the offer

A different claim, price or condition goes back to the campaign owner before release.

  • Confirm who answers

Replies and form enquiries reach the organisation selling the vendor’s service.
