Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Scalentra marketing website at scalentra.com, including its informational pages, pricing illustrations, calculators and demo request form. Scalentra is the brand of MarTech5, informacijske storitve, d.o.o., whose registered details appear below.

1. Website scope and service agreements

The website provides information about Scalentra’s business marketing services. Browsing, requesting a demo or using a calculator does not itself create a paid subscription, service commitment or platform account. Product access, trials, subscriptions, service levels, fees and processing of customer data require the applicable separate agreement. A signed service agreement prevails for the services it covers.

Please use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you submit an enquiry on behalf of an organisation, you should have authority to provide its information and request a discussion. These website terms do not require acceptance of optional cookies or consent to marketing.

2. Demo requests and communications

Provide accurate contact and scheduling information. Submitting a demo request allows us to contact you about it and send related meeting and confirmation messages. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other promotional emails.

Available times come from our Microsoft calendar and are checked again when you book. A successful booking creates a Microsoft Teams meeting and sends an invitation to your email address. The time zone is shown before booking. Booking a demo is free. To reschedule or cancel before the meeting starts, use the private “Manage booking” link in your invitation or contact edon@scalentra.com. Keep the link private.

Do not send confidential third-party material, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Our Privacy policy explains how submitted information is handled.

3. Pricing, examples and performance information

Website prices, plan descriptions, estimated savings, case studies and calculator results are indicative information. They are not a binding quotation or a guarantee of results for your organisation. Outputs depend on the assumptions and inputs shown, and actual results vary. Obtain a written proposal before making a procurement decision.

The final proposal or order specifies applicable currency, tax treatment, billing period, scope and any additional charges before you enter a paid agreement. No purchase is completed through this marketing website. We may correct errors and update website information; this does not retrospectively alter an existing signed agreement.

4. Permitted use

You may browse and use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation of Scalentra. You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or disrupt the site;
• submit unlawful, misleading or malicious material, impersonate someone, or use the forms to send spam;
• collect or misuse other people’s personal data through the website;
• copy or reuse site content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, or falsely suggest endorsement by Scalentra;
• use automated requests in a manner that causes material disruption or circumvents reasonable security restrictions.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, design, software, graphics and Scalentra branding belong to us or our licensors, subject to any separately identified rights. You may make reasonable internal copies for evaluating our services, retaining copyright notices. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Providing an enquiry grants us only the permission needed to receive, evaluate and respond to it. It does not transfer ownership of your materials or give us permission to publish confidential content or use your name as a customer reference.

6. Third-party links and tools

Links to social platforms, calendars and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those services apply their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their content or availability. Following a link may disclose ordinary connection information to the destination.

Optional analytics and advertising tools are governed by your cookie choices and our Cookie policy. You can change those choices using Cookie settings in the footer.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to maintain the website and its information. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current or free from error. We may temporarily limit access for maintenance or security and may remove unlawful or abusive submissions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on indicative website estimates, interruptions outside our reasonable control or third-party websites. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. These terms do not limit statutory data-protection rights.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These website terms are governed by Slovenian law. Contact Scalentra first if a website-related issue arises so we can try to resolve it. For business users, disputes concerning these terms are subject to the competent courts in Slovenia, unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

If you qualify as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable in your country of habitual residence or your rights concerning the competent court. Nothing in these terms waives a right to complain to a data-protection or other competent authority.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for changes to the website or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes are made available on this page. Separate service agreements can be changed only under their own agreed terms.
